Life should be enjoyed.. not endured

It is rather weird seeing people who smiles all day along. Aren’t their face muscles tired.? Some smiled in sorrow. Notice those faces who are cheerful and faces that are distress or faces that do not like to smile(no pointing to me).. we can see the difference clearly, those who often chucking and laughing looks radiant, alive and energetic and is not an exaggeration to admit they look far younger than their actual age.
Some of us are fortunate to be gifted with 'smiley face', even at times of anger they still appear smiling. It is difficult to find such faces; it is one in a million.
Just look at those who are affected by dilemma or problems. Their face often looks depressed, stringy and looks older than actual age. Sometimes it is ok for us to grieve and weep. It takes time to heal. But it should not be prolonged. Our soul needs time to rest from the heart’s dismay.
is this a valid smile...?? ngeee me.........
